
Prof. Sunil Kumar Tiwari
Dr. Sunil Kumar Tiwari is a distinguished academic leader, human resource development expert, researcher, and institution builder with nearly four decades of experience in leadership development, workforce transformation, organizational effectiveness, and higher education governance.
A retired Professor of Awadhesh Pratap Singh University, Rewa, he has held several key leadership positions, including Dean, Executive Council Member, Head of Department, and Professor-in-Charge of MBA (HRD), International Affairs, and Central Library. He has played a significant role in shaping institutions, developing talent, strengthening governance frameworks, and fostering leadership excellence.
Dr. Tiwari has served as Convener of NAAC Accreditation Committees, Convener of NCTE Inspection Committees, Member of UGC Expert Committees, and Academic Expert on various university and institutional bodies, contributing to quality assurance, accreditation, curriculum development, and institutional advancement. He has guided numerous doctoral scholars and authored books on Human Resource Development and Organizational Behaviour, alongside publishing extensive research in national and international journals.
His global academic engagements include presenting research and participating in scholarly forums in Oxford, United Kingdom, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He is also associated with several prestigious professional organizations, including the Association of Commonwealth Universities (London), Indian Economic Association, Indian Adult Education Association, Indian Society for Community Education, Indian Society for Population Education, and the International Association of Educators for World Peace.
As Director of GWALC, Dr. Tiwari provides strategic direction in leadership development, workforce capability building, organizational transformation, learning ecosystems, and institution-building initiatives.
