With a distinguished professional journey spanning both academia and industry, Dr. Tiwari brings a unique blend of scholarly depth and practical expertise. She has consulted over 15 organizations across sectors, delivering strategic insights and tailored interventions that align people, performance, and organizational growth.

In academia, she served as an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Management Studies, Jain (Deemed-to-be University), Bengaluru, where her teaching and research focused on human resource management, HR analytics, compensation management, performance management, work culture, organizational productivity, employee engagement, public relations, and corporate communication. She has mentored and guided more than 1,000 students in their minor research projects, demonstrating a deep commitment to academic excellence and research-driven learning.

Dr. Tiwari’s research contributions are extensive and impactful. She has authored over 50 publications in reputed international ABDC-indexed and peer-reviewed journals, holds 3 published patents, and has led a funded research project valued at ₹7,50,000. Her work has also been recognized with multiple Best Paper Awards at prestigious academic platforms. She has presented her research at leading national and international forums including those hosted by IITs, IIMs, EDII, INDAM, Academy of Management (AOM), and KJ Somaiya Institute of Management.

She has been invited to deliver expert lectures and sessions across institutions in India on themes such as transformational leadership, research analytics, and emerging organizational paradigms. She has previously served as an Academic Associate in the Human Resource Management area at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, further strengthening her academic and research credentials.

Her professional experience extends into the corporate domain, where she has held roles in human resources, public relations, and editorial functions. As an Assistant Manager – Human Resources, she specialized in training and development, as well as recruitment and selection. Driven by a passion for research and writing, she later transitioned into the travel and tourism sector, contributing to editorial and promotional initiatives for five state tourism boards, showcasing India’s cultural richness across B2B platforms.

An alumnus of the Faculty Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Dr. Tiwari holds an MBA from Devi Ahilya University. She is also certified in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, along with several advanced certifications from prestigious institutions including the Academy of Management, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Indore, NIIT, and INDAM.
